We are a small property rental group that has 44 duplex units in the Northview area of Manhattan.  We maintain our units to be comfortable and quiet living.  All units have a garage, a small patio area, and are easy access from campus, Fort Riley or shopping areas.  Family friendly or retirement friendly living.  We offer 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units.   Unfortunately we currently have a waiting list for our units, but there are units opening up soon.   

Our Units:

Walden Lane:   18 units on a quiet cul-de-sac within sight of Northview Elementary and the adjoining city pool.  Only blocks away from Northeast Community Park and linear trail for hiking or biking.  Easy access to Casement Ave for shopping to the Hayes Drive shopping area.

Walters Drive / Kirkwood Drive:  Units just across the street from Eisenhower Middle School, and track area.  Easy access to Tuttle Creek Blvd or Marlatt Ave.   

Russel Court:   Small quiet cul-de-sac just off of Walters Drive.   Close to Eisenhower Middle School, Tuttle Creek Blvd.  

DonnasWay:  Two units on Donnas Way, just off of Walters Drive.
